· The following cancellation fees apply:
- 25% of total stay if cancelled 30 days or less
- 50% of total stay if cancelled 14 days or less
- 100% of total stay if cancelled 7 days or less or a client not arriving (no show)
· Rooms are normally ready for occupation by 14:00.
