General rate agreement:
- Rates quoted per suite, double occupancy per night inlcuding 14 % VAT.
- Breakfast 150 ZAR per person.
- All rates are quoted in ZAR (SA Rand). Prices are subject to change.
- Check in 2.00 pm.Check out 10.00 am.
Booking and payment terms
- Booking can be made per phone, fax or email.
- With our booking confirmation we will ask you for payment of 50%.
- Balance is payable 30 days before arrival date.
- We accept creditcards (VISA, MASTERCARD).
Cancellations:
- Non arrival without cancellation or cancellation 7 days or less prior arrival date:
- the Lessee forfeits the full rental amount (100 % fee).
- Cancellation from 8 days to 14 days prior arrival date> fee:75 % of the rental amount.
- Cancellation from 15 days to 28 days prior arrival date> fee 50 % of the rental amount.
- Cancellation from 29 or more days prior arrival date> fee: 25% of the rental amount.
- In the unlikely event that your holiday ends prematurely we must charge the full amount.
- We recommend a travel insurance to cover cancellation, health, baggage etc.
- Please note: We must receive confirmation of cancellation in writing either by post or fax from the person who made the booking.
