The Main House
Ideal accommodation for family holidays. Sleeps 6 - 7 people. 2 double bedrooms. Main bedroom has an en suite full bathroom and large sliding doors opening into the garden. Double bed and space for a single bed if needed. Overhead fan and remote TV. The 2nd bedroom is more compact with an en suite shower ( large ) / toilet . Double bed and sky light. Well fitted open plan kitchen / dining room leading to spacious Lounge. Large glass sliding doors opening onto shaded / flowered patio with table /chairs and a barbecue.
There is a large sleeper couch in the lounge which sleeps 2 additional people. Private garden and swimming pool all on one level. Very quiet and peaceful. Spectacular mountain views and some sea views.
Only the main house has access to the garden and pool.
The cottage.
Is alongside the main house and has its own entrance. Sleeps 2 - 3. people. Well suited for business accommodation.Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There is 1 bedroom with a with a double bed, spacious cupboard`s and high wood beamed ceilings. An extra bed or cot can be provided. Shower /Toilet. Sitting room / dining area leading to outdoor patio. Well fitted kitchen. Peaceful and quiet with sea and spectacular mountain views. Dogs on the premises. long leases are welcome.

THE MAIN HOUSE
April 1st - November 31st 2011. R2,500 whole house per day
December 1st - March 31st 2012. R2,950 whole house per day
THE COTTAGE
May 1st - November 31st 2011. R400 single occupancy. R300 p person double occupancy = R600 per day. 3 people = R850 per day.
December 1st - April 30th 2012. R500 single occupancy. R350 p person double occupancy = R750 per day. 3 people = R1000.
