This newly renovated and decorated house is nestled in the beautiful and quiet coastal town of Pennington. It is a short and pleasant walk to the beach where you will also find the Pennington Ski Boat Club. There are two wonderful golf courses (Umdoni and Selbourne), both within a 5 minute drive, as well as a fun 9 hole course with the 10th hole being the Penvalley Pub and Diner. It is a short drive from one of the best dive spots in the world, the Aliwal Shoal.
