Baysands Lodge is situated in Bloubergstrand, a coastal village on the scenic west coast of Cape Town. It is situated 20min s from Cape Town City Centre and 25mins from Cape Town International Airport. Blouberg is famous for its panoramic views of Table Mountain across the bay and is a popular destination for water sports, beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife.
The coast of Blouberg offers long, sandy beaches, strong southeaster winds, which make for world-class kite & wind surfing. Baysands offers large, comfortable & spacious en-suite bedrooms with single, double or twin options, some with sea-views. The expansive open plan living & entertainment areas offer magnificent views of Table Mountain, the ocean and Robben Island. The dining facilities cater for all indoor & outdoor experiences serviced by a well-equipped modern kitchen. There are 4 terraces all with sea & mountain views, as well as a sparkling lap pool (solar heated) set in a private & secure garden. The Big Bay beach is only 500 metres walk away.
Baysands is fully walled and gated with security beams and armed response.
Accommodation includes breakfast, daily service and laundry facilities on site. Each room has tea & coffee making facilities as well as bar fridge, flat screen TV with 8 x DSTV channels and beach towels. The lodge has a heated 12m lap pool in the garden and a variety of recreational options including bicycles all free of charge. Rates are negotiable for long stay visitors
A whole host of restaurants offers excellent dining options within walking distance of the lodge and the area has a great variety of modern shopping centres with all amenities, including cinemas, in one of the fastest growing areas in Cape Town.

Baysands is a non-smoking venue but guests may smoke on the balconies or in the garden.
